Membership applications for the 26/27 season will open on 1st September 2026.

Before proceeding with registration, it’s essential that all members over the age of 18 hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). Please note that online registrations will only be considered complete when confirmation from Service Victoria has been received and providing proof of age verification for Nippers. Your membership is all-inclusive and we have so much on offer for all ages. Please be aware that our organisation operates primarily with volunteers. By registering at MMLSC, you acknowledge the expectation to volunteer in some capacity within the club or alternatively you can pay for a social membership. For general enquiries email admin@mmlsc.com.au for more information. We understand that it may be difficult for some members to meet the membership fee payment. Please don’t hesitate to email Pam at admin@mmlsc.com.au to confidentially discuss options if you find yourself in this situation. NDIS recipients – check if you are eligible to claim your membership as part of your NDIS and speak with Pam who can give you a receipt for this. Concession card holders, please email a copy of your current concession card to admin@mmlsc.com.au prior to finalising your membership.

New Members - How to join

Step 1

Working With Children Check – Ensure that all adults joining (18+) hold a current Working With Children Check and have nominated MMLSC and LSV as organisations.

Step 2

Register online through the SLSA Members Hub

Step 3

For Nippers Only: Send Proof of Age (Birth Certificate or Passport) to admin@mmlsc.com.au.

Current Members - How to Renew

Step 1

Working With Children Check – Ensure that all adults joining (18+) hold a current Working With Children Check Card and have nominated MMLSC and LSV as organisations.

Step 2

Email membership@mmlsc.com.au if your contact details have recently changed.

Step 3

Active Role – Submit an Active Membership Form.

If you’re unsure about a role please get in touch with our membership team – membership@mmlsc.com.au or select Social Membership.

Step 4

Renew online through the SLSA Members Hub.

Refer to the Membership Guide for step-by-step instructions or if you need to add an additional family member.

Active Role Requirement - Renewing Members

At MMLSC, we believe in shared responsibility and teamwork. Our active role requirement asks that each member, or at least one family member, nominate a role within the club they'd like to contribute to.

We recognise that our members have busy schedules, and as the saying goes, many hands make light work.

This isn't about clocking volunteer hours. We get it – families often juggle multiple commitments with their children participating in various sports.

Instead, this requirement is in place to ensure a diverse set of hands pitching in, preventing the same families from shouldering the load every time.

We have introduced our Social Membership category which may suit some families more - while paying a little bit more there is no obligation to take on an active role.
