MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS OPEN 1ST SEPTEMBER 2023/24
RENEWING A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FOR SEASON 2023/24
A Family Membership includes adult/s plus all dependents (living at the same address). Children 13 and under as of 30th September 2023 must be part of a family membership with at least one parent/guardian over 18 years old. Children who are not 5 by 30th September 2023¹ cannot be registered (proof of age is required before membership is accepted).
CHANGE OF PERSONAL DETAILS – have you changed your mobile phone or email address since last season? Please email new details to membership@mmlsc.com.au and wait for confirmation of the update before proceeding to the below renewal.
¹If your child will turn 5 between the 1st of October 2023 and the 31st of December 2023 they will be able to participate in the 2023/24 season please touch base with our membership team to register them.

Quick steps for Renewing a Family:
- Log in to SLSA Members Area here SLSA’s Members Area (you can request your username and password if needed or click Create a Members Area Account if this is your first time renewing).
- Click – Renew Memberships for a Family Group (red box that says ‘Renew’)
- Click – on the BLUE link ‘Renew Memberships’
- Check all boxes on the left-hand side for all members to be renewed (see instructions below to add new family member – child or grandparent).
- Select the correct category for the primary person – “Renewal Active Family” or “Renewal Patrolling Family”
- Select “Included in Family Group” for each additional family member.
- Check the Declaration Box
- Click the Submit button
- Follow prompts for making your payment.
- Click next and enter your credit card details and complete payment.
How to add a new family member to your existing membership (child or grandparent)
- Follow the above to Step 2, proceed with adding the new member as per below, then continue on with Step 3.
- Click “View/Edit”
- The screen should have all existing family members listed, click in the top right hand corner “join new person & add” for a person that has never been a member of SLSA or “add new member” if they have been a previous member.
- Follow the prompts for new member details and select “Additional Family Member” as the joining fee.
- Once new member is added please continue with Step 4 as per instructions above.
Please remember to renew each member of your family. All members over the age of 18 must have a valid WWCC card (see notes below).

Quick steps for Renewing an Individual:

- Log in to SLSA Members Area here SLSA’s Members Area. (you can request your username and/or password if needed or click Create a Members Area Account if this is your first time renewing).
- Click – Members Area tab
- Click – Renew Membership for Mount Martha (red box that says renew)
- Check and update your details
- Select the correct category “Renewal Active Single” or “Renewal Patrolling Single”
- Check the Declaration Box
- Click the Submit button
- Follow Prompts for making your membership payment
- Click next and enter your credit card details and complete payment
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL RENEWING MEMBERS: The following conditions apply to all members who renew their Mount Martha Life Saving Club membership via the SLSA Members Area:-
- Members who renew via the Members Area grant SLSA and Mount Martha Life Saving Club an unreserved right to take and publish photographs for promotional purposes/publications that may include images of themselves and/or their children.
- Members who renew via the Members Area agree to abide by ALL CLUB RULES, and accept full responsibility for their actions and safety.
- Members in all categories aged 18+ must hold a valid Working with Children Check with Mount Martha Life Saving Club and Life Saving Victoria nominated as your volunteer organisations. Further details and instructions for applying for a WWCC can be located CLICK HERE.
